The body and paint centre for European and imported cars, run under the B Autohaus Body & Paint and B Color Lab names. The whole shop runs on the PPG paint system, the same standard the car manufacturers use, with tooling and equipment that meets international norms. That is what lets the shop take body and paint work on any model of any imported brand, backed by more than twenty years of experience.

Insurance claims are filed online. You report the claim and follow the repair from your phone, at any hour, without a visit.

Filing a claim, in three steps

1. Know the type of claim. A fresh claim, at the scene, or a dry claim filed later.
2. Have the basics ready before you call your insurer: policy number and vehicle registration.
3. Call your insurer and give them your details. The centre takes it from there.

Insurers accepted

Claims can be opened at the centre for the major Thai insurers, including Bangkok Insurance, Krungthai Panich, Thaivivat, Dhipaya, Navakij, Muang Thai, LMG, Safety, Viriyah and others. For a smaller group of insurers the claim is opened with the insurer first and repaired here. Ask the body shop desk which applies to your policy.
